   The Scare Crow was a doctor at Arkham asylum...until he started testing fear toxins on patients.Dr.Crane was bullied do to being skinny and wearing old close so they called him Scare Crow being fired from Arkham     he wanted revenge so he wore a Scare Crow costume turning his object of ridicule into his revenge.Only having his fear toxin as a weapon.
