Jervis Tech is the Wonderland obsessed,hat wearing,mind controlling,in love criminal.Jervis Tech was a brilliant scientist who was working on mind control but was also in love with his co-worker Alice.When Alice's boyfriend broke up with her Jervis found a chance in a Mad Hatter costume to impress her on night out he used mind control on others to "make it a magicall night".He did it over and over again intil he went mad stalking Alice and continuing mind control on victims.And after defeated by Batman he called himself TheMadHatter.
