  Dr.Harleen Quinzel was the docter for the Joker in Arkham Asylym which is where the problem started.The Joker lied about himself to sound sempethetic feeling bad for him she slowly fell inlove with the Clown Prince of Crime.Not only did she breack him out but also took a costume identity of a harley quinn jester calling herself Harley Quinn which was a play on words on her own name.Whith acrobatic skills she fights along side her"Mr.J".

 The Penguin is the strange crime gentle man with trick umbrellas.Oswald Cobblepot is a billionaire like Bruce Wayne but Oswald was bullied as a child kids calling him Penguin because of his pointy nose and love of suits.You are probably wondering how the umbrellas came along well in Oswald's childhood his father died in a storm so his mother made him bring a umbrella but in his first comic he took over the mob by killing the mob leader with a shot gun built in his umbrella since then he had gathered in off umbrellas for his every need.In today's comics the Penguin is the owner of the ice berg lounge and tells the press he is giving up crime but he actually will still do drug deals.
